Composite bonding

With composite bonding, tooth-colored resin is sculpted by hand, layer by layer, directly onto your teeth. It can close small gaps, repair chips and even out color and shape — usually in one or two visits, and with little or no removal of your natural tooth.

How it works

  1. 1Consultation and shade matching

We look at your smile together and choose the right shape and shade.

  2. 2Sculpting

Composite is built up layer by layer on your teeth, in the same appointment.

  3. 3Finishing

A final shape and polish for a natural shine.

Coming from abroad?

Because composite is done right in the chair, it’s usually finished in one or two visits — a great option even for a short trip. Send us your dates and we’ll set the time aside.

Common questions

Does composite stain?

Over time it can lose a little of its shine. Regular polishing — and going easy on tea, coffee and smoking — keeps it looking fresh.

Composite or porcelain veneers?

Porcelain veneers are made in a lab; they hold their color better and last longer. Composite is sculpted directly in the clinic, costs less and is easier to repair.
