What you get
- The dentist’s reply in a private, messenger-style chat
- Photos and voice messages as well as text
- A 48-hour chat window with the dentist
- A clear next step — and an in-person exam if one is needed
- A printable summary of your consultation
This is a preliminary consultation, not a replacement for an in-person exam; a definitive diagnosis and treatment need an examination (sometimes an X-ray). No prescriptions are issued. If you have facial swelling, a fever, or trouble swallowing or breathing, go to an emergency room right away.
Frequently asked questions
How is an online dental consultation different from a visit?
The dentist gives preliminary guidance based on your description and photos; he can’t examine by hand or take X-rays. If an in-person exam is needed, he’ll tell you in the same chat.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes, it’s free for now. It may carry a fee in the future; if so, the fee will always be shown on this page before you register.
How long does a reply take?
Usually within 24 hours. We’ll message you on WhatsApp when a reply arrives.
How long is the consultation valid?
Once you register the chat stays open for 48 hours and you can write, send photos and voice messages in that time. When it runs out you can extend the chat from the same page.
Do you prescribe medication?
No. An online consultation doesn’t include prescriptions; if medication is needed you’d have to be examined first.
How do I take a useful photo of my teeth?
Use good light (daylight is best), open wide, and take one close-up of the affected tooth and one from the side. If there’s swelling, a front-facing photo of your face helps.
Are my details and photos private?
Yes. The chat opens only through your personal link and photos are not public. Please don’t share the link.
